DAMAGE POLICY

If Equipment Is Damaged or Lost

  • Report it immediately through our Damage & Loss Report system — don't wait until return.
  • Our team assesses the damage and determines repair cost or replacement value.
  • Assessed repair/replacement cost is billed separately via Hubtel, since full payment (not a deposit) is collected upfront.
  • Sony equipment is locked to McB-only repair to preserve warranty and calibration.
  • Equipment more than 5 days overdue with no contact may be treated as lost.
