Who Can Rent
- Anyone 18 or older with a valid Ghana Card.
- First-time clients are verified once by our front desk before their first rental is confirmed.
- Returning verified clients get a client code for fast checkout on future bookings.
Payment
- Full payment is required upfront to confirm a booking — McB Rentals does not require a partial deposit.
- Pay securely via Hubtel (Mobile Money or card). WhatsApp payment and pay-at-pickup/delivery remain available as alternatives.
- Verified clients enter their 4-digit client code at checkout before payment can be completed.
Equipment Care
- You're responsible for the equipment from pickup/delivery until it's checked back in.
- Equipment should not be sub-rented or used outside the agreed rental period without an extension.
- Report any fault or damage as soon as it happens — see the Damage Policy.
