What We Collect

  • Name, phone number, email, and Ghana Card details for identity verification.
  • Booking history, payment status, and delivery address when relevant.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, in relation to a booking.

How We Use It

  • To verify your identity before approving a rental.
  • To process bookings, payments, deliveries, and returns.
  • To send booking confirmations, delivery updates, and return reminders by SMS or WhatsApp.

How We Protect It

  • Access to client records is limited to staff who need it to process your booking.
  • We don't sell your personal data to third parties.

Your Rights

This is handled in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), administered by the Data Protection Commission. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it.
