1. The Agreement
By booking equipment with McB Rentals, you agree to these terms, the Rental Policy, the Damage Policy, and the Late Return Policy.
2. Identity & Eligibility
- You must be 18+ and provide a valid Ghana Card for verification.
3. Payment
- Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received, via Hubtel (Mobile Money or card), WhatsApp, or at pickup where eligible.
4. Liability
- You're responsible for equipment from pickup/delivery until check-in, including loss, theft, or damage.
- McB is not liable for indirect losses (e.g. a missed shoot) arising from circumstances outside our control.
5. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.
