How Refunds Work

• Refunds are returned via the original payment method (MoMo, card, or bank transfer).
• Processing takes 3–5 business days once approved.
• If McB cancels a confirmed booking (equipment fault, unavailability), you get a full refund with no fee, plus first option on a replacement.
